Important Note: Effective April 1, 2010 ITN Internet will no longer be hosting at the FatCity facility in New York City. All New York City based email servers, website hosting servers and backup servers have been moved to our state of the art network facility and datacenter colocated at the XO Communications hub in Secaucus, NJ. Datacenter Facilities: In 1999, ITN started with a small network in downtown Newark, NJ with less than 20 servers. By 2010, ITN rents rack space at some of the largest Internet facilities across the country and has access to over 500 rack mounted servers. Currently ITN operates a datacenter on each coast with the majority of our servers in Seattle, WA and Secaucus, NJ. Even though our Newark, NJ server room was scaled down in 2002, we still maintain a Newark presence with a small DNS platform which we continue to utilize at this location for local New Jersey I.T. client support.
 
Security | Strictly monitored access to all data centers using keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols and continuous interior and exterior surveillance. Access limited to data center personnel only without exception. All data center employees undergo thorough background security checks before being employed.

Precision Environment | The data centers HVAC systems are N 1 redundant, ensuring that a duplicate system can immediately come online in the event of an HVAC system failure. All air is circulated and filtered every 90 seconds to remove dust and contaminates. An advanced fire suppression system designed to stop fires from spreading in the unlikely event one should occur. All cables are securely tied down with cable racks suspended from ceilings providing dual routes for all cables.

Conditioned Power | In the unlikely event of a total utility power outage, all data centers' power systems are designed to run uninterrupted with all servers being fed conditioned UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) power.
 
Core Routing Equipment | All data centers use only fully redundant, enterprise-class routing equipment. All routing equipment is housed in a secured core routing room fed by its own redundant power supply. Fiber carriers enter facilities as disparate access points to guard against service failure.

Network Technicians | The data center employs only certified networking and security teams that are thoroughly experienced in managing and monitoring enterprise level networks. Certified Network Technicians are trained to the highest industry standards to ensure our guaranteed 100% infrastructure.
